Winter Formula Mix

    TrueBlue SC is a summer formula windshield washer fluid. For those customers who want to use the product year round we have the following options.

    We have dispensers that will draw methanol from a drum and add water at a ratio of 3:1 or 25% alcohol. That would give a freeze protection of  +5 °F.  Also available is a unit that will dispense at 2:1 or 33% alcohol. That would give a freeze protection of approximately  –10 °F. For most smaller operations it is more effective to mix what is needed in a fifty five gallon drum according to the chart below. For each 55 gallons you would add the same amount of TrueBlue you normally use during the summer months.
