7 ups Prayer of Spirit &Light,

For Healing of Self and Others, or as Part of God's Plan for Us All.

Father God, I Praise you because you are a God worthy of praise, a God before time began. Forgive us of our sins O'Holy Father in the name of your Son Jesus Christ, our Lord. In Christ Jesus I anoint myself and others that I am praying for, with thy Spirit from within me and from all about me and with oil in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, The Son of Man, Savior of the World and my Personal Savior. Christ Jesus is your healing remedy for all our illnesses, things of our concern, the storms in our lives and through Holy Spirit may we experience the healing power of your divine Spirit to penetrate our whole being and drive out all darkness, sin, and evil. Fill us completely with your healing light because you are the source of the Light. I pray for our healing to your honor and glory through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Your Spirit penetrates and heals, may your divine Spirit penetrate and heal me and the others, such that, Father I am restored fully to do your will in our lives with all honor and glory to you O'Lord to our fullest health of body, mind, soul and spirit.

Amen, Amen and again I say Amen in Christ Jesus, I Pray.

Ref: In James Chapter 5 the use of Anointing Oil is outlined for us and I recommend it be used with the prayer which I generally do. The anointing oil that I use is from Fr. Peter Mary Rookey, O.S.M. of International Compassions Ministry 708-748-6279. I generally use the anointing oil along with the special Cross-given to me by Fr. Rookey. My favorite place to pray is in the Chapel at St. Ignatius. It can be done following Mass on Wednesday's @ 7:57AM, or whatever time we can meet to pray together.

My final thoughts are from Proverbs: The fear of the Lord is to hate evil and the Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom, so let us pray for each other in all things.
